2-Line Shark G-5

Designed for "Control-It" & "Thum-It" however, any 2-line "D" handle can be used for flying.

Two-line control model from 1947.  30 inch wing span.  Features completely formed wing panels cut to provide proper dihedral.

Plane in Picture:
This plane was built by Vic and Joe in the late 40's.  It was restored and repainted last year.  Has an Ohlsson .60 engine (ignition).

The "Control-It" and "Thum-It" devices were the last 2-line controls made by Stanzel.  This was a very safe and simple control system, and extremely easy to install in a plane.  The "handle" was also very unique.  "Up and "down" control was accomplished by moving your thumb back and forth over a "notched" roller in the front portion on top of the handle grip.
